Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bridge ("the Service"), operated by DataLaxe (Harpreet Singh, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Bridge is a no-code data integration platform that allows users to schedule, transform, and move data between sources (databases, APIs, CRM systems) and destinations (spreadsheets, databases, email). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; you may not share accounts
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Starter-tier features
• No credit card is required during the trial period
• At the end of the trial, scheduled jobs will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in USD
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access data from third-party systems without authorisation
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to process data of individuals without their consent
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Circumvent any rate limits, usage limits, or security measures

6. Your data

• You retain ownership of all data you process through the Service
• You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the data you connect to Bridge
• We will not access your data except to provide support at your request or as required by law

7. Third-party integrations

Bridge connects to third-party services (Google, HubSpot, databases, etc.) on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party service you connect. We are not liable for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataLaxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataLaxe from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from within the platform
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
